George, a small, smart man, and hi companion Lennie, have nothing in the world except each other and a dream. They both are really close friends and hope that one day they will own some land all by themselves.
George though, manages to arrive a little while before and sits next to him; he comforts him and for the last time the tell each other what is their greatest dream.
Don't use plagiarized sources. The opening of the novel is a detailed description of the surrounding, making it look like a wonderful but mysterious place to be in. It is like a film camera; you get a good view of what nature can give us, but then you see a path which was touched by humans, with two men sitting down close.
